Shipping policy

Policy Terms:

  1. Controlled Inspection: The customer may open the product packaging and inspect the physical item only in the presence of our delivery representative.

  2. Purpose of Trial: This trial is specifically to:

    • Verify the product's size, dimensions, and physical appearance.

    • Check if required parts or accessories are suitable for the intended use.

    • Assess the item against your needs before final acceptance.

  3. Representative's Role: Our representative is present to assist, answer questions, and ensure the product is handled correctly during inspection. The trial must be conducted respectfully and without causing damage.

  4. Condition for Acceptance: If, after inspection and measurement in the representative's presence, you are satisfied and choose to accept the product, the delivery will be completed.

  5. Right to Refuse: If the product does not meet your needs after this inspection, you have the right to refuse the delivery. Our representative will then collect the product and return it to us.

  6. No Post-Departure Returns for Fit: Once our representative has left the delivery location after you have accepted the product, it cannot be returned or refunded based on size, measurement, or part compatibility issues, as this verification opportunity was provided on-site.

  7. Standard Warranty Applies: This policy does not affect your statutory rights or the product's warranty for defects in materials or workmanship, which remain in effect according to our general terms and conditions.

Please Note: For hygiene, safety, or manufacturer-sealed items where opening the packaging permanently alters the product (e.g., software, intimate apparel, sealed cosmetics), this trial option may not apply. Our representative will inform you if an item is not eligible for unboxing before delivery.

By receiving the delivery, you acknowledge and agree to this trial policy.
